NEXT???

I am a married man of 2 young children who works a full time job, coaches high school football and in my spare time competes in triathlons. I have done several sprint and olympic tris, and 1 - 70.3. created this blog to keep track of my own progress/struggles, share in the same with others and maybe get tips and advice along the way.
